Since its founding, NEMS has helped more than 200 athletes continue their lacrosse careers at Division I and II programs, and over 100 more at Division III schools, many earning academic scholarships. Our goal is simple: to help every player find the college that fits her best, both athletically and academically.

The recruiting landscape has changed dramatically in recent years, especially at the Division I level. Playing for a club with nearly 30 years of proven success in guiding players through every stage of the process gives NEMS athletes a distinct advantage.

Haley Ford, NEMS Director of Recruiting, meets regularly with recruiting-age players both as teams and one-on-one to help them navigate every step with confidence. All NEMS athletes also receive a club-paid account on IWLCA SportsRecruits, the industry-standard platform used by college coaches, players, and recruiting coordinators nationwide.
